Description
The Senior Consultant – Business Change will lead and deliver change initiatives for public sector clients, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, structured change management expertise, and the ability to operate in complex environments. Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement business change strategies aligned with client objectives. Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with public sector stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and communication plans to drive engagement and adoption. Delivery & Implementation: Lead change activities across programmes and projects. Ensure alignment with governance frameworks and compliance requirements. Capability Building: Coach and mentor client teams on change management best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering business change projects for public sector clients. Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. BCS Business Analysis or Change Management certifications. APMG Change Management certification (Foundation and Practitioner preferred). Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
