Proven ability to conduct thorough audits, including death and medical audits, to ensure accuracy and integrity of claims processing. Expertise in delivering technical training sessions tailored to various stakeholders involved in claim adjudication. Experience in empowering claim adjudicators and master trainers through comprehensive training and re-training programs. Skilled in capacity building and management, aligning training initiatives with organizational requirements and best practices in claim adjudication.
