Transformation requires structure – not just vision. S/4HANA implementations, cloud migrations, and modernization initiatives rarely fail due to technology, but rather due to a lack of transparency. As a Senior Consultant for Business Transformation & Enterprise Architecture (all genders), you will support companies in implementing IT and business strategies in a structured manner. With SAP LeanIX, you will create transparency regarding applications, capabilities, and dependencies, and develop robust transformation roadmaps.

What awaits you?

• You support companies in strategic transformation programs and advise C-level executives and specialist departments on IT and business architectures.
• You model and develop enterprise architecture structures with SAP LeanIX – from analyzing existing application landscapes to deriving target architectures and roadmaps.
• You conduct application portfolio assessments and identify consolidation and modernization potential.
• You moderate workshops on architectural design, develop governance models, and advise IT and department heads.
• You present results and decision-making criteria at the management level and support the development of business cases.

What do we expect from you?

• Your background: You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in transformation or enterprise architecture projects.
• Expertise: You are proficient in using SAP LeanIX and have solid project experience in SAP-centric IT landscapes. You can communicate complex architectural topics clearly and in a way that is tailored to the target audience – especially decision-makers and management.
• Certification: You hold a certification as 'SAP Certified Associate – Enterprise Architecture Consultant – SAP LeanIX' (C_LIXEA_2404).
• Mindset: You impress with your analytical thinking skills, your structured way of working, and your communication skills.
• AI understanding: You have experience in the productive use of modern AI tools to support your daily work.
• On the road: You are ready to travel and flexible to advise our customers on-site throughout Germany.
