As a Senior Consultant Cardiologist, you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, management, and treatment of patients with various cardiovascular conditions. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring junior staff and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostics for patients presenting with cardiovascular issues. Develop and execute individualized management plans based on the latest medical guidelines and evidence-based practices. Perform interventional procedures and advanced cardiac interventions with precision and care. Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including junior cardiologists and nursing staff. Participate in clinical research projects aimed at improving patient outcomes and enhancing service delivery. Contribute to the formulation of hospital protocols related to cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment. Stay updated on current trends and advancements in cardiology to continually improve service delivery. Engage actively in departmental and interdisciplinary meetings to promote collaborative patient care. Medical degree with board certification in Cardiology. A minimum of 8-10 years of clinical experience in a cardiology setting, with a focus on the private healthcare sector. Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. Experience in performing complex cardiac interventions and procedures. Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring medical staff. Strong communication and patient interaction skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and engagement in research activities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
