Specifically, when you join our Financial management and enterprise performance management team, you will have the opportunity to work on finance transformation projects, redesigning the control, planning and reporting models of leading companies.
You will join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and scope of its innovative projects, at our Turin offices. You will work with colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review of designs and processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • analysing and defining budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes;
  • defining profitability analysis models: analysis and definition of the income statement, the logic behind reclassification/consolidation, the identification of variable direct costs and cost allocation rules for overheads;
  • assisting in the analysis of the closing process for the management accounts and redefining them for fast closes;
  • analysing and defining the set of operating/strategic KPIs for accurate and punctual performance monitoring;
  • preparing and analysing periodic directors’ reports and analysing the changes.

COME AS YOU ARE - YOUR SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you:

  • have a master’s degree in Economics;
  • have 2+ years of experience in similar roles at a consulting company or firm;
  • are familiar with the following: control models, budgeting and forecasting, consolidated and statutory financial statements and management accounts, financial planning;
  • have an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study/work experience abroad;
  • are a problem solver, never lose sight of your goals, have strong interpersonal skills at work and as part of a team;
  • have a desire to take on challenges and are comfortable in tough situations where leadership abilities can make the difference.
