As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering change and transformation programmes bringing hands‑on delivery experience, strong consulting skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Our Programme Advisory division specialises in the strategy, set‑up and transformation of major programme organisations across the public and private sectors and has grown significantly since its creation in 2018, building a strong track record of delivering complex transformations in the UK and internationally. We are constantly evolving and finding better ways to support our clients, so we are looking for individuals who are energetic, proactive, and passionate about making a meaningful difference delivering tangible result for our clients and contributing to the continued growth of our team. Change and transformation are at the heart of what we do. We work across the entire lifecycle, conducting diagnostic reviews, designing operating models, delivering transformation programmes, and managing business change activity to embed new ways of working. As a Senior Consultant your key responsibilities will be to: Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and high quality client deliverables Lead or support activities such as stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, complexity assessments and readiness reviews Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful commission outcomes Build and develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders Contribute towards the preparation of bid proposals Support internal activities within the Programme Advisory team such as the development of transformation products and methodologies or improving our internal ways of working Qualifications We would expect experience in one or more capabilities listed below at a Practitioner level (good understanding of the topic and used on at least one project). Ideally experience working in a consulting environment (other consultancies or as an internal consultant) or be able to demonstrate a consulting skillset A proven track record of delivering tangible results on change and transformation projects through the application of business change methodologies Experience of programme and project management within a complex change environment with multiple workstreams Experience in Operating Model design and implementation Experience of managing stakeholders within large and complex organisations Experience of designing and facilitating client workshops Experience of managing the production of high-quality change and transformation deliverables within challenging timescales Experience of leading solution development for a change and transformation project Experience in organisational design and development Experience developing client relationships and developing new business opportunities Change management and transformation qualifications are favourable (e.g., MSP, APMG Change Management, Prosci) Experience in some/all the following sectors: infrastructure, rail, utilities, healthcare, defence, natural resources, and real estate Skills: Knowledge and application of business change principles Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good presentation skills High attention to detail Outcomes focussed Entrepreneurial mindset Passionate and energetic Additional information: Possession or eligibility of UK security clearance (sole UK) is viewed favourably but not essential Expected to be on site 2-3 days per week Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
