We’re looking for a Senior Complex Systems Engineer to join our Digital Systems Assurance team. What You’ll Do Manage the development and assurance of high-integrity, safety-critical systems Provide systems engineering leadership across complex projects Guide clients through regulatory requirements (e.g. ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254) Support design and assurance strategies using MBSE and architecture modelling tools Engage with senior stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions Contribute to business development and proposal leadership Play a key role in national programmes (e.g. INVICTUS) and advanced autonomous technologies We're looking for someone with: Experience in developing, assuring, or certifying safety-critical systems (preferably aerospace, defence, or high-integrity domains) Knowledge of key standards: ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254, DO-326A, IEC 61508, or MOD DEF STANs (00-055, 00-056) Proficient systems thinking, with tools like Cameo, Sparx EA, SysML/UML, MBSE Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills A strategic mindset – with the ability to shape programme-level engineering outcomes It is beneficial if you have: Chartered Engineer (CEng) status (or working towards it) Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline Experience navigating MOD acquisition frameworks or supporting OEMs/Primes We value our people and support them to thrive.
