Held is actively seeking a Senior Consultant to be a part of our team in the Construction Advisory Practice who is looking to continue to grow a career in engineering and construction focusing on claims and dispute resolution, delay analysis, project advisory services, construction cost analysis and controls, construction planning and scheduling.This position is for a professional who has knowledge or experience with contract and/or change order management, critical path scheduling analysis, preparation of change orders or claims, cost analysis and quantification of damages, review of drawings and specifications, and other engineering and construction-related documents. Prior experience on active engineering or construction projects is highly preferred OR experience in claims and dispute resolution, delay analysis, project advisory services, construction cost analysis and controls, construction planning and scheduling.
