Job Description Your Mission: Take charge of complex energy projects. Your leadership will define strategy, execution, and client success. As Senior Consultant/Consultant you will shape the development and delivery of complex energy projects. More specifically, your role will comprise: Take ownership of complex energy projects—drive them from vision to results, with a focus on Ukraine and neighboring European markets Advise clients with sharp, actionable insights on renewables, hydrogen, grids, and e-mobility Deliver high-impact strategies, robust modeling, and decisive solutions Identify and seize new business opportunities — expand our client base and market reach in Ukraine and neighboring European Build a powerful network across industry, government, and finance to accelerate growth Lead client engagements — set direction, solve problems, and deliver measurable value Manage and inspire project teams — set high standards and demand concrete results Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and technology — be the expert clients trust Challenge the status quo — push boundaries and drive change in the energy sector Qualifications Your Profile – What We Expect We are growing our high-impact, multi-disciplinary team and seek results-driven professionals passionate about the energy transition. The ideal candidate brings a track record of initiative, leadership, and strategic thinking: Graduate degree with distinction in Economics, Business, Energy, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field (or equivalent qualification) 1 to 3 years of demonstrable success in Consulting, Energy, Utilities, Financing Institutions, or similar sectors Strong project leadership—directly managing and delivering several projects under tight deadlines Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities, leveraging modelling tools and software to solve complex challenges efficiently Expertise in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to deliver impactful results Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills; able to convey complex solutions concisely to clients and stakeholders at all levels Full professional fluency in English and German (spoken and written); additional language skills, particularly Ukrainian, Polish, are a distinct advantage for driving regional business growth.
