Overview: We are seeking a Change Management Consultant with strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and large-scale technology implementations. This role will involve driving successful change initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives on time and within budget. Skills & Competencies: Expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure successful delivery. Exceptional communication and active listening skills. Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Strategic problem-solving capabilities with a focus on achieving project objectives. Experience working in dynamic, ambiguous environments and managing large-scale projects. Travel Requirement This is a Hybrid role.
