Held is seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and superior work product to clientele. You will be responsible for the scheduling, inspection, support, and delivery of multiple projects across various disciplines within the insurance and construction industries. JS Held is focused on learning and development and is continually looking to attract and retain top talent who are creative, self-motivated, and organized. Responsibilities: Conduct schedule analysis using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, applying Critical Path Methodology (CPM). Analyze and evaluate construction delay claims and insurance-related events. Review construction contracts for terms relevant to claims and disputes. Prepare narrative reports and updated schedule assessments, highlighting potential timeline impacts. Collaborate with legal and project teams to support litigation and expert testimony when required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Planning, or a related field. Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction or construction insurance consulting. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project. Strong understanding of schedule planning and project management principles.
