We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Marketing Automation Senior Consultant to join our team in Auckland to help make an impact that matters with our clients and community. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for complex, large-scale implementations using marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Braze and Adobe.

  • Assist in large-scale marketing automation implementations, using your SME knowledge of marketing automation to help evaluate, design and implement innovative digital solutions that meet or exceed our client’s expectations.
  • Build an understanding of our customer’s existing solutions and support the development of their future roadmap.
  • Help construct, design and deliver on marketing automation journeys and strategies using a range of marketing automation platforms
  • Adept in development of HTML, CSS and Liquid Script (Braze), as well as marketing automation scripting languages.
  • Understanding of database structures, relational data and understanding data around a customer
  • Knowledge of local and global spam laws and legislation
  • Gather and analyse requirements, leading workshops, configure, customise, test and deploy customised solutions utilising on and offshore colleagues to deliver exceptional value to customers.
  • Using your excellent facilitation skills, lead discovery workshops and training sessions with stakeholders and users.
  • Provide post go live support enhancement and maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Enough about us, let’s talk about you, you have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in one or all of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze and Adobe.
  • Experience configuring and designing solutions within Salesforce, Braze and/or Adobe.
  • Experience working in a professional services, consulting or agency environment
  • Business Analysis skills with an eye for detail to translate complex problems into tangible value and functional/technical documentation.
  • Ability to work in cross functional on and offshore teams to help deliver a single vision focused on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, with an ability to understand customer business objectives, issues and provide innovative solutions to client problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, structured problem-solving skills, and a strong result driven focus
  • Fluent to native level English language skills is a must, both written and spoken, a bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing or Communications is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
