In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a comprehensive range of skin conditions, performing advanced procedures, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the dermatology department. You will collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Conduct advanced medical and cosmetic dermatological procedures. Lead and mentor junior dermatology staff to maintain high clinical standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and clinical workflows. Participate in the development and implementation of dermatology protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Stay abreast of the latest advancements and innovations in dermatology. Engage in patient education and community outreach on skin health and preventive care. Contribute to clinical research and professional growth activities within the facility. Medical degree (MD or DO) from a recognized medical institution. Board certification in Dermatology. Minimum 7-10 years of extensive experience in clinical dermatology. Proven expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Experience with implementing quality improvement initiatives is preferred. Active involvement in dermatological research or publications is an asset.
