Description

As a (Senior) Digitalization Consultant, you are the main point of contact for our clients in digitalization projects. You analyze business processes, understand strategic goals, and develop suitable solution concepts together with the stakeholders, based on our disy Cadenza software.

In this role, you will support our clients in building data-driven structures, using business intelligence and analytics, and identifying and implementing AI use cases for data-based decisions.

Your tasks:

Individual configuration, support and consulting for customers in the implementation of digital solutions in public administration
Integration of our software disy Cadenza into the digitalization strategies of larger organizations
Conducting workshops for the implementation of digital solutions
Requirements gathering and management as epics, use cases, and user stories
Analysis of business processes and data flows, and development of data-driven solutions using business intelligence, analytics, and AI.
Advising our clients on data strategies, data platforms and data-driven use cases
Mediation between specialist departments of the administration and the technical implementation by us or other IT service providers of our customers
Occasional travel to customer locations

You bring the following:

Completed studies in administrative sciences, business informatics, natural sciences or a comparable field, supplemented by sound professional experience
Experience in digitization, data or transformation projects in the public sector or comparable organizations
Experience and enjoyment in customer interaction, as well as a strong sense of customer needs.
Confident presentation skills and experience in workshop facilitation
Consulting experience in the public administration sector (e.g., e-government, online access law, register modernization)
Experience with data platforms, business intelligence, analytics, or similar data-driven solutions.
Confident and poised demeanor
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
