Description

Around five years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting or a related advisory role. We care more about the depth of your experience than an exact number.
Experience leading a consulting project or substantial workstream, including managing contributors, stakeholders and final deliverables.
Strong core consulting skills, including problem structuring, analysis, stakeholder management and executive communication.
A track record of building trusted client relationships.
Experience contributing to proposals, RFP responses or new client opportunities.
Exposure to technology-led business problems. Experience in AI, data or analytics would be particularly valuable, although adjacent technology experience is also welcome.
