EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * 4–8 years of experience in Java-based application support (Technical Production Support) REQUIRED SKILLS: * Strong experience in Java 8+ and Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA) * Experience supporting production-grade backend applications * Proficiency in MySQL and MongoDB (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning) * Hands-on experience in incident management, production support, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) * Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sumo Logic, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry * Strong SQL skills for data analysis and fixes * Experience with JUnit for unit testing * Exposure to AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM) * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
