Your tasks

• Design and management of demanding consulting and auditing projects in the energy sector with an operational focus
• Analysis, optimization and redesign of organizational and process structures
• Development and implementation of modern governance, risk management, compliance management and control systems
• Planning and execution of internal audits, on-site or digitally (outsourced internal audit) 
• Participation in digitalization and change management initiatives with an operational focus
• Support for cooperation and restructuring projects from the perspective of project management as well as process and organizational design. 
• Active participation in the acquisition of consulting and audit mandates

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, economics or engineering sciences or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the energy sector
• Solid knowledge of governance, risk management, internal control systems, process management and internal auditing.
• Experience in independently managing projects
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
• Team spirit, entrepreneurial thinking and a desire to shape the future
• Enthusiasm for change, digitalization and innovative solutions
