Ensign is hiring ! Key Responsibilities Assess client business requirements, technical environments, and application landscapes to propose appropriate technology solutions. Advise clients on technology acquisition, integration, and adoption strategies in alignment with enterprise objectives and processes. Lead and execute consulting engagements such as ERP implementations, technology strategy planning, cybersecurity initiatives, data strategy, and enterprise architecture. Manage systems development, system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects including custom solutions and enterprise-wide platforms. Support Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), web, IP, networking, and digital transformation initiatives. Conduct technology assessments, system gap analysis, risk reviews, and performance evaluations. Develop and deliver professional documentation including reports, proposals, recommendations, solution design, and presentations. Provide subject matter expertise across multiple disciplines including systems architecture, IT security, application development, and infrastructure. Work independently to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative approaches to overcome challenges. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and methodologies. Mentor junior team members and occasionally guide smaller project teams. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in IT consulting, technology transformation, or systems implementation. Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, architecture, and digital platforms. Understanding of ERP systems, cybersecurity, data governance, cloud, and system integration. Ability to design solutions and articulate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, architecture design, and problem-solving capabilities.
