Role Title: Senior Consultant - ESG Finance Data Role Overview The purpose of the role is to primarily work on ESG and Sustainable Finance related initiatives impacting Global Finance processes for both external disclosures and internal reporting. The scope would cover taking the lead in identifying what and how Global Finance systems changes would need to be tailored to meet ESG Global Finance strategy, priorities, and requirements. Key responsibilities Work with Business and Requirements Work Stream to establish Data Requirements for ESG Deliverables. Ensure readiness of Finance Data to meet ESG Reporting Requirements (including data uplifts and Data gap plugs) Establish tactical sourcing of Data where strategic Finance Data Sources are not available. Ensure Data Controls in place for ESG Deliverables aligned to applicable Group and Finance Frameworks. Support all Data Aspects of Program lifecycle including Data Requirements, Alignment to ESG Design/Architecture, PoC, Testing, Go Live Readiness. Ensure readiness of Data Visa, Local outsourcing, and approvals on Right/Trusted Sources. Engage stakeholders across Finance and collaborate across Businesses and other functions. Ensure proper Data governance for ESG Support and align to the strategic data initiative of Finance and the Group SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Finance Change function in BA/SME capacity, preferably in Banking/Financial Service institutions. Finance Project experience working with Finance Data extracts with emphasis on meeting reporting requirements and addressing business problems. Sound technical and process knowledge on Finance ledgers, Downstream systems, and related Data. Ability to influence and collaborate with Finance and cross-functional team work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Project Management training/experience will be an advantage. Why join us?
