We are looking for an experienced and committed colleague to strengthen our team, with a focus on the application SAP Master Data Governance.
The core task of the CoE (Center of Expertise) is to support customers with Premium Engagement contracts (MaxAttention) through targeted service delivery.

In your new role, you can expect the following tasks, among others:

• Service Delivery: Delivering remote and on-site services to our global and mid-market customers across Europe.Very good written and spoken English skills are required.
• Process Optimization: Design, analysis, and optimization of complex business processes, as well as error analysis in heterogeneous system landscapes with a focus on SAP MDG and optionally SAP Master Data Integration (MDI).
• Leadership: Functional leadership of a delivery team in the context of service deliveries and escalations. This includes training and mentoring of young colleagues in our team.

The constantly changing customer situations require high degree of flexibility and individual approach to each new customer. However, this is also what makes our job so appealing. Regular travel to the extent of approx. 20-30% is required.
