You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics: Rethink the Finance Organisation of our clients Build the foundations for strong business and financial Controllership; (Re)gain control over the financial impact of their business processes; Improve and accelerate their closing, consolidation, but also the effectiveness and efficiency of plans, budgets, and forecasts… You will get the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia’s internal activities: Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting Financial performance and strategy Business development, by contributing to need definition and participating in our commercial initiatives Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company. Qualifications You have a Master's degree applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics. You have 3-6 years relevant working experience. Knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation & reporting and in finance process optimization. Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions. You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required. What do we offer?
