This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and will be responsible for end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring efficient and effective operations, drive innovations, best practices and policies across following processes: 1. Vendor Master 2. Invoice Processing 3. Travel and Expense 4. Service Delivery 5. Procurement Operations 6. Payment process Key Responsibilities: The Operations Excellence Manager will support PTP operations around: • Review aged open items on AP subledgers – provide robust framework on resolution, preventative measures, and process implementation to maximize payment on time. • Monitor GR IR balances - clear and reconcile timely. • Drive business metrics including payment on time. • Support in cashflow / hedging forecast and achieve minimal variance. • Drive continuous improvement across processes. • Coordinating with Transformation team • Provide support and guidance resulting in improvement of SLA and KPI framework. • Leverage tools such as Power BI, SOFIA etc to provide timely reporting. • Ensure strong governance and compliance across process including SoX • Coordinate with P2P Global Process Owner and P2P SME to support inflight projects and ideate over new transformation initiatives. • Monitor relevant DPM / Cross training in line with Mozart. • Ensure that ongoing RPA projects are delivered to their expectations. • Demonstrate organizational skills with the ability to drive meetings and provide relevant domain expertise. • Support the liaison with internal and external auditors, as appropriate.
