• Development and implementation of strategies and concepts for companies in the life science industry (pharmaceuticals and medtech) with a focus on digitalization.
• Networker and bridge builder between management, specialist departments and IT
• Project management and project collaboration in the field of computer system validation, as well as support with tenders.
• Advising our clients on the conception and implementation of new IT compliance requirements from regulated environments, as well as on the introduction and improvement of IT quality management systems.
• Support for IT compliance audits in the customer environment
• Requirements gathering and coordination between business and IT
• Creation of training materials and support for workshops, meetings and decision-making processes.
• Responsibility for rollouts or accompanying rollouts
• Development of concepts for process optimization

YOUR Skills

• Academic education, preferably in a technical or (natural) scientific field
• Ideally, experience with systems from the relevant specialist functions of life science companies.
• Knowledge of the underlying regulatory requirements (GxP)
• Professional experience, e.g., in the area of ​​CSV and/or in the qualification of infrastructure as well as in IT compliance topics
• Ideally, experience in setting up quality management systems in the pharmaceutical/medical technology sector.
• Enjoyment of conceptual work and the development of innovative customer solutions
• Strong social and intercultural competence
• Experience in project management (agile, hybrid, traditional)
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
• You have a German language proficiency of at least C1 level and can use it successfully in your daily work.
