Working closely with management, internal teams and stakeholders in the Technology Division, this pivotal role plays a critical part in driving stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective change adoption, and delivering clear, targeted communications across multiple initiatives and projects. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Lead the development of stakeholder and communications engagement across the Division, ensuring levels of engagement and influence are mapped, tracked, and managed. Promote and build awareness of projects and initiatives throughout the organisation. Lead and support management and teams deliver engaging and effective communications, using varying channels and associated documentation in alignment to change management activities. These include (but are not limited to): Provide advisory and support to translate systems and project terminology into language that employees can understand and relate to. Create briefing packs with relevant information for up-skilling stakeholders/end users on key changes and impacts of digital transformation projects. Assist with the provision of communication reports and other formal processes to meet organisational compliance requirements. Create and maintain relevant business communication databases. Internal news articles; Stakeholder engagement plans; Presentations; Business readiness assessments; Online internal media channel content (i.e. intranet pages, how to videos, guides, product information etc.); and Project readiness and adoption surveys. Undertake the investigation, collation, analysis, and evaluation of communications and identify relevant factors and risk issues. Provide recommendations for consideration and further action. Requirements: A degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Change Management, or related field (or demonstrable workplace experience). 4+ years communications experience. Demonstrated experience with the application of business communications. Proven project communications experience, working collaboratively and efficiently across various teams. Solid understanding of communication principles and best practices and demonstrated knowledge of change management methods and approaches. Demonstrated experience working in technology environments across: Demonstrated experience in working with senior management and stakeholders at all levels. Experience in Government / public sector environments. Project communications; Stakeholder engagement, impact analysis and communications advisory; and Supporting business leaders to communicate and lead change. Desirable Certifications in communications and digital services. Certifications in change management e.g., Prosci ADKAR. or related field. Experience in Emergency Services, or Command and Control operational environments. Why Fujitsu?
