About the role Active NV1 or NV2 clearance essential Onsite, Canberra based Azure Architecture and consulting We're seeking a dynamic Senior Cloud Consultant to provide chargeable services to clients in developing industry-specific systems mostly aligned to projects, consulting assignments, building, and installing turnkey business solutions. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions on Azure. Manage and monitor Azure resources, ensuring optimal performance. Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services with applications. Automate deployment processes using Azure DevOps and other tools. Ensure cloud solutions meet security and compliance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure. Keep documentation up to date for all cloud-based systems and processes. Support migration of on-premises applications to Azure. Optimize costs associated with cloud usage by analysing resource utilization. Being accountable for defined work assignments often involving immediate action or short-term planning of human and other resources. Managing and mentoring (where necessary) a team of consultants. Deliver to Fujitsu's Integrated Management System. Deliver to Fujitsu's Integrated Management System. Documentation detailed design documents, SOPs, Information reporting. Managing Backlog tasks Requirements and Experience Experience working with Microsoft Azure and its services. Active NV1 or NV2 clearance Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python. Understanding of cloud security best practices. Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Azure certifications like Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect are a plus. 6 - 10 years of experience in business management, IT, systems integration consulting, design, coupled with a tertiary qualification. 2+ years experience in consulting, engagement/project management, and/or business and resource management.
