Job Description The Opportunity Sia Partners is growing its presence in Western Australia, and we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Perth team with a specific focus on the Government and Health sector. We don't just write reports; we deliver tangible outcomes. In this role, you will work alongside industry leaders to solve complex challenges within government agencies, hospitals, health departments, not-for-profits and private health providers. We are looking for someone with health consulting experience and is ready to take their career to the next level. What you will do As a Senior Consultant, you be involved at every level of our advisory services – from strategy to implementation. Your core focus will be: Project Delivery: Lead key workstreams within health projects. This could range from operating model design and performance improvement to digital health strategy and change management. Problem Solving: Take ambiguous client problems—such as patient flow bottlenecks or funding model changes—and break them down into solvable components using data and logic. Stakeholder Management: Build genuine trust with clients. You will need to be comfortable speaking with everyone from clinicians and frontline staff to hospital executives. Business Growth: Contribute to the growth of the Perth office by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and helping draft proposals that win work. Qualifications Required Experience: Consulting DNA: You must have 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting or transformation project management with strong core consulting capabilities (communications, project management, stakeholder management). Local Presence: You are based in Perth and understand the local business context. Preferred Sector Experience: Health Expertise: Experience delivering projects in the health sector. We value candidates who understand the nuances of the Australian health system, including the interplay between State and Federal funding, clinical governance or digital health records, and or WA Government Expertise: Experience delivering projects in the WA government sector. We value candidates who have worked in multiple different government departments delivering strategic projects. Skills & Attributes: Analytical Rigour: You are highly proficient in Excel and data visualisation. You can look at a dataset and tell the story behind the numbers. Clear Communication: You write clearly and present with confidence. No jargon, just direct and effective communication. Agility: You can switch gears quickly.
