TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role has three main responsibilities:
The Consultant provides expert support across the full solution lifecycle within their area of expertise.
In pre-sales, the role involves presenting solutions, responding to client needs, and helping align proposals with their strategic, operational, and financial goals.
The role also includes working with partners—offering guidance, training, and support to help them develop and deliver effective IT and operational solutions.
Principal Accountabilities Consulting Responsibilities
Stay up to date with new technologies and continuously improve skills.
Technical Focus Areas (examples include but are not limited to):
Design, configure, and support One Identity Manager (1IM) modules (e.g., lifecycle management, RBAC, attestation).
Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation efforts.
Pre-Sales Responsibilities
Join scoping calls and define the technical aspects of the project (assumptions, scope, approach, and effort estimates).
Assist with formal documentation such as RFI, RFQ, and RFT when needed.
Partner Alliance Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert to position Zigabyte Australia as a key partner in delivering successful outcomes.
