Your tasks

• Consulting and technical implementation of sophisticated identity and security solutions
• Conceptualization, integration and further development of IAM and IGA solutions, e.g. with SailPoint, ForgeRock or Ping Identity
• Implementation of identity lifecycle processes, role models, access policies and recertifications
• Implementation and automation of PAM solutions, especially in the context of CyberArk, Delinea or similar platforms.
• Onboarding privileged accounts for Windows, Unix and database environments
• Designing hybrid directory and identity architectures with Active Directory, Entra ID, Federation Services and Conditional Access
• Design and integration of zero-trust architectures according to NIST or Forrester
• Collaboration with clients, architecture teams and technical stakeholders in complex project environments

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the field of Identity Security, IAM, IGA, PAM, Directory Services or Zero Trust
• Hands-on experience with relevant platforms such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, Zscaler, Microsoft Defender or Palo Alto
• Knowledge of SCIM, LDAP, REST, PowerShell, Java, Active Directory, AD Connect, SAML, OpenID, OAuth2, ADFS and MFA
• Experience in architecture, integration, automation, or technical implementation of security solutions
• Relevant certifications, e.g. SailPoint Certified, TOGAF, CyberArk CDE, Microsoft SC-300, AZ-500, SC-100 or equivalent
• Fluent German skills, ideally at least C1 level, and very good English skills
• Analytical, independent and communicative work style with a confident demeanor in a consulting environment.
