Key Responsibilities: Provide expert clinical care in Family Medicine, managing both acute and chronic health issues. Conduct thorough medical assessments, including physical examinations and history-taking. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and ongoing education for the healthcare team. Engage with patients and families to promote health literacy and healthy lifestyles. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay current with medical advancements and integrate best practices into patient care. Maintain accurate and concise patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations. Medical degree and board certification in Family Medicine. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in family medicine or related fields. Proven leadership and mentorship skills in a healthcare environment. Strong clinical acumen with a deep understanding of family medicine practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to patient-centered care and community health initiatives. Strong organizational and time management skills.
