This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced physician to lead patient care initiatives and drive quality improvements in internal medicine. In the role of Senior Consultant in Internal Medicine, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice, managing complex patient cases, and mentoring junior consultants and medical staff. Your responsibilities will include developing evidence-based treatment protocols, overseeing patient care strategies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for all patients. Key Responsibilities Lead patient assessments and develop comprehensive management plans for complex internal medicine cases. Provide expert consultation to healthcare providers and ensure adherence to best practices. Oversee and mentor junior consultants and medical staff in diagnostic and treatment approaches. Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and enhance care delivery. Conduct research and stay current with advancements in internal medicine to inform practice improvements. Engage in community outreach and patient education initiatives to promote health awareness. Ensure compliance with established healthcare regulations and standards of practice. Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Internal Medicine. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine, with leadership experience preferred. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex medical conditions in adult patients. Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in electronic medical records and healthcare software. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in patient care. Annual Air Fare for self & family. Responsibilities
