You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics: Identify the work processes and propose solutions to simplify and improve them Implement the solutions in agreement with the client Manage the clients in the change and coach them in improving their performance As fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors. Qualifications Master Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering, or similar 2 to 6 years’ experience as consultant Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt certification Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
