You will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT departments, business units, and senior leadership, to develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures. What You Will Do: Facilitate regular reviews and updates of control and risk management processes to remain effective and responsive to emerging threats Ensure the adoption and integration of security architecture standards, reference models, and shared platforms defined by the corporate group Support enterprise transformation initiatives, including legacy modernization, cloudification, AI integration, and digital platforms by focusing on securit Conduct regular reviews on Role-Based Access Control and user management policies on information systems and business applications Ensure that only secure cryptographic algorithms are deployed and used to protect data at rest, in use and in transit Conduct application security assessments, ensuring security is built into the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including software code analysis (SCA), static application security testing (SAST), and dynamic application security testing (DAST) Provide security guidance and training to development teams, fostering a culture of secure coding Review network architectures to ensure security measures have been implemented including segmentation, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems Ensure that system hardening standards and procedures are well implemented to minimize the attack surface and reduce vulnerabilities Conduct regular DLP assessments to identify and mitigate data loss risks Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the organization innovate and excel What You Bring: Enthusiastic team player who wants to shape actively IT and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex IT issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group Ability to independently prioritize and to work independently, flexible, efficiently and target oriented Passioned for modern technology – e.g., AI, big data, analytics, cloud, serverless, event-driven Project management and reporting experience and the ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills and be able to build trusting working relationships with diverse people What You Have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field Over 5 years of proven experience in information security, with a strong background in consultancy, risk management, and leadership roles Deep understanding of security technologies, including identity and access management, encryption, network security, and secure application development Proficiency in risk management methodologies, security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and regulatory requirements Experience with security tools, such as vulnerability scanners, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems Knowledge of cloud security platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DLP solutions Knowledge of federation standards, including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect Relevant certifications in security such as CISSP, CISM or cloud such as Azure, AWS will be an advantage Fluency in English What We Offer: Come to the Allianz side!
