Role: Senior Consultant
Location: Auckland
Salary: NZ$ 108571 – 119893 (Annual Gross)
Please Note: The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement new features and modules using Golang.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and fix problems within the platform.
• Document code, applications, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like architects, business analysts, IT operations, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Golang development.

Skills and Competencies:

• Go Language
• Microservices
• AWS Cloud Technologies
• API Integration

Essential:

• Strong understanding and of Go programming principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Hands-on of messaging queues and system integration.

Preferred:

• Agile way of working
• Cloud experience

Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
