This is what you can expect

• At the interface of business and technology, you will provide our customers with holistic advice on digitalization and cloud transformation, analyze their IT service management models, develop professional and technical concepts, and participate in the planning and implementation in agile teams.
• You will support our customers in the further development of their service management organizations and identify opportunities for using Generative AI, Agentic AI and AIOps to optimize processes, increase service quality and establish future-proof operating models.
• Based on your business analysis (technical assessments, gap analyses, maturity level assessments), you advise clients strategically and design their target IT governance and operating models.
• To manage our customers' IT operations, you will establish efficient service delivery models that include both legacy and cloud services.
• In global digital transformation projects, you will take on management and responsibility in all process phases using new technologies and innovative methods (Design Thinking, Safe, Scrum, SRE).
