Description

The Senior Consultant – Land Services will independently deliver land referencing (identifying all land interests—owners, occupiers, and rights—that may be affected by a proposed project or development) and land services activities for UK infrastructure projects, working from India as part of a multidisciplinary project team. The role is suited to mid-level professionals with experience in land referencing/ land acquisition, land/property research, GIS-based analysis, and infrastructure projects. The Consultant will take ownership of defined work packages, produce client-ready deliverables, support landowner consultation and land access activities, and provide technical guidance to junior team members. The position involves detailed desktop land ownership research, preparation and quality assurance of land records, coordination with UK-based project teams, and proactive management of data accuracy, risks, and deadlines. Experience on large-scale government or infrastructure projects—particularly in land acquisition, data management, mapping, stakeholder coordination, and offshore delivery models is highly valuable.
