Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our US division within the Senior Care sector. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced recruiters who are eager to apply their skills in a high-growth, fast paced and dynamic market whilst working remotely.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering tailored talent solutions that meet and exceed expectations. The role demands a self-sufficient professional who can independently generate business, nurture strong client relationships, and source top-tier candidates for all level of roles.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a start-up or new market environment and is comfortable navigating the challenges and opportunities that come with building and expanding a client base. You will collaborate closely with our established UK team and US colleagues to replicate our multi-award-winning recruitment model, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and market insight.
