About the Role We’re currently looking for a Testing Consultant with strong UKG (Kronos) expertise to join a major enterprise program. This role will play a key part in strengthening a critical capability gap within the testing team, particularly across Workforce Management, time evaluation, and complex award interpretation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can confidently work across business requirements, system configuration, and functional validation, ensuring accuracy and compliance across payroll and workforce processes. What You’ll Do * Review and interpret complex Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and translate them into clear testing requirements * Develop and validate detailed functional test cases, ensuring full coverage of business rules and scenarios * Validate UKG Pro (Kronos) configuration against EA workbooks and business requirements * Work closely with payroll, configuration, and business teams to ensure correct system behaviour * Identify, log, and manage functional defects, driving through to resolution and re-testing * Support the team in ensuring accurate time evaluation and workforce management processes * Provide guidance and uplift capability across the team in UKG functional testing practices What We’re Looking For * Strong experience with UKG Pro / Kronos Workforce Management * Deep understanding of time evaluation / time management processes * Proven experience working with Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and complex award interpretation * Strong ability to review and validate test cases against business requirements and configuration * Experience ensuring system configuration aligns with legislative and business rules * Solid background in functional testing within payroll / workforce systems * Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working across business, payroll and technology teams Nice to Have * Experience working in large enterprise or transformation programs * Exposure to test tools (e.g. ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps) * Experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles Why Planit? * Join a leading consultancy delivering testing services to major enterprise clients * Work on large, complex programs with real business impact * Be part of a team that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement * Opportunity to grow your career as a Senior Consultant across multiple clients and industries
