Job Description Sia is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Consultant to work with the Head of the Life Sciences Practice to build and develop the Life Sciences vertical. This position will have the opportunity to help life sciences organizations transform their policy administration, claims management and benefits processing operations, and ultimately enhance the customer’s experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate and/or lead project workstreams or large and complex transformation initiatives across different functions such as IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and R&D Summarize and present findings to clients Collaborate with engagement teams to deliver high-quality work products Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges Manage team of resources to ensure deliverables are provided on time, on budget and within scope Conduct research on various healthcare topics and be an activate participant in developing insight articles Participate and/or lead business development and proposal efforts Qualifications Possess a Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related disciplines. Hold a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in life science consulting, preferably with exposure to leading consultancy firms or industry leaders. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities, along with a deep understanding of the life science sector. Proven track record of contributing to impactful projects in the life science industry. Willingness to occasionally engage in international projects, involving short business travel. Fluent in English, Dutch and French. Spoken and written (required). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
