The Role

Reporting to the Partner leading our Technology Strategy and Business Transformation team, you will lead and deliver engagements across technology strategy, operating models, program delivery and organisational change. You'll work across multiple client environments, managing projects from initial scoping and analysis through to implementation and ongoing support.

• Develop technology strategies, roadmaps and governance frameworks
• Design operating models, processes and business cases
• Lead programs, PMOs and project delivery activities
• Mentor junior team members and support business development

The ideal Person

You're an experienced technology and transformation professional with a background in advisory or professional services. You enjoy solving complex problems, working directly with clients and translating strategic challenges into practical outcomes, with experience spanning areas such as technology strategy, transformation, operating models and program delivery.

• Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional communication and structured problem-solving abilities
• Australian citizenship and security clearance eligibility
