  • Must be an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional); expert-level certification is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Project Management/Service Delivery and/or Cybersecurity is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Managed Services team is seeking a Senior Consultant (Level 3) to provide specialised support to FUJIFILM MicroChannel’s key customer accounts, including desktop, server, and cloud support, network troubleshooting, and project deployments. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, working closely with customers to understand their goals and processes. You will oversee multiple projects from initial analysis to handover, serving as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for all technologies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle; presales, design, delivery, implementation, onboarding, and handover/knowledge transfer to the helpdesk.
  • Work closely with the customers and team members to develop short-term to long-term IT strategies, all in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
  • Drive Legacy-to-Cloud migration projects across multiple accounts.
  • Presales: creating design documents and SoWs; answering RFI/RFPS, conducting demonstrations where necessary.
  • Attend account meetings and provide onsite customer training on IT management best practices.
  • Educate, train, advise and assist customers with implementing best practices on IT management and security policies (e.g. MFA, SSO, ATP etc.,)
  • Design, construct, configure and troubleshoot clients’ computer systems and networks.
  • Analyse and compile reports on service desk performance, ticket volumes, and response times.
  • Training and mentoring junior members on technologies, projects and delivery practices.
