The following tasks await you:

Consulting on regulatory and compliance issues, particularly in the context of non-financial risk management and regulations typical for the financial sector, such as KYC/AML, MiFID II, and the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). Current topics include DORA, AIFMD II/LMT, NIS2, and the EU AI Act.
Analysis and interpretation of regulatory requirements as well as derivation of specific action items for our clients
Conceptualization and implementation of technical solutions for compliance with and operationalization of regulatory requirements (e.g. governance models, control systems, process and IT adjustments)
Conducting risk and gap analyses to assess regulatory compliance
Analysis and management of non-financial risks (Non-Financial Risk Management), particularly in the areas of ISM, BCM, ICT and third-party risks, compliance, and reputational risks.
Operational line support during projects, in case of capacity bottlenecks or interim management
Depending on experience level: Taking on sub-project responsibility or independently managing complex projects, including team management, quality assurance, and customer communication.
Development and further development of methods, frameworks and tools in the field of Regulatory & Compliance
Contributing to the design of the Competence Area Governance, Risk & Compliance at Eraneos

Do you combine analytical thinking with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for translating complex regulatory issues into pragmatic solutions?

In addition to pronounced initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset, you possess the following qualifications:

Successfully completed university studies (e.g., economics, finance, law, industrial engineering, or similar)
At least 3 years of professional experience in the financial services sector, preferably in consulting or the financial services industry with a regulatory or compliance focus.
Solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Non-Financial Risk Management, ISM, BCM, Outsourcing/Third-Party Management, Compliance, Securities Regulation, IT Security and AI Regulation
Analytical and structured thinking skills as well as strong problem-solving abilities
Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of project work
Very good German and English skills
Consultant's typical willingness to travel
