  • Proven ability for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preferably those in Defense/Government.
  • Experience in end-to-end complex technical project delivery and project management, with exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP or CRM solutions.
  • Applied testing methodologies and principles to define and implement test strategies that meet client objectives, including in test automation frameworks and CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).
  • Hands-on test automation experience in large-scale environments, such as testing APIs (REST, SOAP), web services, or GUI applications, using tools like Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or similar.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying Generative AI technologies within Quality Engineering contexts, including to enhance testing processes, improve defect detection, and optimize overall software quality.
  • Demonstrated experience leading QA streams for projects across various delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
  • Experience developing and managing complex project plans, including deliverable management, critical milestones, and ongoing risk management.
  • Ability to define and operationalize key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.
  • Conceptual knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .Net, C#) and performance testing.
  • Government security clearance eligibility is an asset; French and English proficiency required for Montreal office.
  • Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal), with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Quality Engineering or AI are a strong plus (i.e. ISTQB, IAAP, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
