Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities:

  • Work within small project teams to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets. Your work will be for various purposes including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting and disputes.
  • Take ownership for delivery of projects within each team. You will be the key person responsible for managing and preparation of valuation reports and detailed financial modelling and analysis.
  • Think critically, identify issues and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and colleague

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Having a CA qualification would be beneficial, but it is not essential
  • An open, curious mind which can help us to enhance the way we work and bring creative solutions to client’s problems
