JOB SUMMARY

At Miebach Consulting, we build supply chains that deliver today and inspire tomorrow. We are seeking a dynamic and driven consultant to lead clients through digital supply chain transformations, with a specific focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), automation technologies, and IT implementations. This role will take ownership of full project cycles—from assessment to design and implementation—across a range of clients and industries.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with Blue Yonder (JDA) expertise and a proven record of delivering value-driven warehouse and IT process transformations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4–8 years of experience in consulting, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or systems implementation.
• Proven expertise with Warehouse Management Systems—particularly Blue Yonder (JDA)—including functional design, configuration oversight, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of adjacent systems such as TMS, MES, LMS, WES, WCS, YMS, and slotting tools.
• Experience leading end-to-end software implementation projects.
• Familiarity with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Willingness to travel between 40 to 70%, including internationally.
