Montech Inc. is a leader in business support solutions, dedicated to delivering professional and technical services to federal and state clients, tribal governments, and commercial customers. As a certified SBA 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, and Minority Owned Business, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and diversity.

The BIA continues its efforts to centralize their aviation program, training and budget programs into the BIA Aviation Program headquartered at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC), Boise, ID. With an increased workload, the strategic planning, execution and implementation of the aviation program have resulted in additional travel and labor.
Montech Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate who will provide administrative, professional Senior Consultant Services and subject-matter expertise support services in multiple specialized areas of work. Because workload may fluctuate depending on needs, the BIA needs to be able to quickly adjust to any increases in administrative, professional Senior Consultant Services and other support services in multiple specialized areas of work to continue supporting wildland fire response efforts, natural resource management, and emergency response capabilities across federal and tribal lands throughout the country to uphold trust responsibilities to tribal nations.
