REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities are essential for a senior developer. They should be able to analyze complex issues, break them down into manageable tasks, and propose effective solutions. They should also have a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Familiarity with the entire software development process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• System Architecture and Design: Familiarity with system architecture principles and design patterns is important. A senior developer should be able to design scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems. They should also have knowledge of relevant architectural styles, such as microservices or event-driven architectures.
• Collaboration and Communication: Very good communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration within a developer team. A senior developer should be able to articulate ideas, actively listen to others, and engage in constructive discussions. They should also be able to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture

As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in software development, system architecture & design; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
