What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will be engagig directly with Defence leaders to deliver on some of Defence’s most pressing priorities. Your day-to-day activities will include:
Client Engagement: Collaborate with Defence clients to address identify challenges and collaboratively develop solutions.
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project workstreams, ensuring focus on outcomes and impact. You will also mentor and guide junior team members to foster their growth and development.
High-Performance Collaboration: Work within a high-performing team committed to excellence, supporting clients to improve operational performance.
Inspiring Defence and National Security Projects: Contribute to transformative and inspiring programs that realise the outcomes the National Defence Strategy and Defence Strategic Review.
Use Deloitte’s Expertise: Leverage Deloitte’s unique capabilities in structured problem-solving, design thinking, digital innovation, data analytics, and access to global consulting networks.
Professional Development: Participate in extensive operations and transformation-focused training, both structured and on-the-job.
Accountability, Independence and Project Delivery: Take ownership of your projects, driving them from initiation to completion, ensuring that client objectives are met, and that project outcomes align with strategic goals.
