WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.

• For the senior consultant position, we are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. For the manager position, we require candidates to have at least 5 years of experience.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, with a keen interest in financial risk and model implications.
• Confident and credible communication skills, both oral and written, with a collaborative problem-solving approach.
• Strong academic background including at least a Bachelor’s degree (Actuarial, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering) and professional qualification (e.g., FIAA, AIAA, CFA).
• Knowledge and experience in software development environments such as R, Python, SQL, VBA, SAS, or C++.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of other MS Office products, with an eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• An interest and willingness in coaching and fostering the development of more junior team members

• Assist in delivering financial risk engagements.
