Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Talent Management implementations.
  • Translate complex business needs into effective Oracle Cloud configurations and solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and thought leadership in Talent Management capabilities including performance, goals, succession planning, and career development.
  • Work across project phases—requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Support the development of junior consultants, including mentoring, knowledge sharing, and light line management duties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay current with Oracle updates and industry best practices.

PERSON SPECIFICATION | SKILLS & EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL:

  • Strong, demonstrable experience in Oracle Fusion Talent Management.
  • Experience in multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing role and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable supporting and guiding more junior team members
  • Ethical Conduct: Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and client facing consultancy skills
  • Teamwork: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders
  • Customer Service Orientation: Focus on meeting internal and external customer needs, providing responsive support, and building positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and develop new skills, stay updated on industry trends, and pursue professional development opportunities to enable growth
  • Consulting skills: Strong consulting skills are essential for effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs, providing recommendations, and guiding them through the implementation process. This includes active listening, problem-solving, and client relationship management
