THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a Senior Consultant determined to grow into a Partner role. You’re an accomplished problem-solver and communicator with strong integrity—the person that clients and colleagues want on their toughest projects. You are deeply motivated to “do things right,” whether independently or collaboratively. You are a collaborator, a competitor that cares about the jersey (brand) that they represent, and a leader in your own way. Ideally, you are in Ottawa, Monteral, or Toronto but must at least reside in Canada.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7 years’ full-time, post-degree work experience in consulting, advisory, project management, or similar roles
• University degree (graduate degree an asset)
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and in cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills
• Integrity and a track record of delivering on commitments
• Ambitious
